User Service Agreement

Welcome to Breeze Pixel Studio (hereinafter referred to as "this Application"). This agreement is a contract between you and the operator of Breeze Pixel Studio (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding the use of this Application’s services. Please read carefully and fully understand each term of this agreement before using this Application.
If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please stop using this Application immediately. Your use of this Application constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by this agreement.
I. Scope and Acceptance of the Agreement
1.1 Scope of Applicable Parties
This agreement is a contract between you and the operator of this Application regarding the use of the Application’s services. "You" refers to users who register, log in, and use the services of this Application through the authentication mechanism provided by this Application.
1.2 Agreement Relationship and Conflict Clauses
This agreement also includes the Privacy Policy, and you must comply with specific service terms/rules when using particular services of this Application. In case of conflict between this agreement and specific service terms/rules, the specific service terms/rules shall prevail.
1.3 Agreement Changes
We reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement when necessary. Changes will be announced within the Application or otherwise appropriately notified to you. If you continue to use this Application after the changes take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised agreement.
II. Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration Eligibility
- You must be at least 14 years old to register and use this Application. Minors under the age of 14 must register and use the Application under the guidance and supervision of a guardian.
- The account information you provide during registration must be true, legal, and valid.
- Each user may register only one account. Accounts may not be gifted, lent, rented, transferred, or sold in any way.
2.2 Registration Information
- Required Information: Username, password, nickname
- Optional Information: Email
- The registration information you provide must be accurate. You are solely responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information.
2.3 Account Security
- You are obligated to properly safeguard your account and password. Any loss resulting from account or password disclosure due to your own actions shall be borne by you.
- You should manage your authentication tokens properly. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
- We employ the following security measures to protect your account:
- Passwords are encrypted and stored using the PBKDF2 algorithm
- Dual token mechanism (Access Token + Refresh Token)
- Refresh Token rotation mechanism; old tokens automatically become invalid after use
- Tokens are revoked on the server side upon logout
2.4 Account Cancellation
- You have the right to apply for account cancellation at any time. Cancellation path: Personal Settings → Account Cancellation.
- After submitting the cancellation request, a cooling-off period begins. During this period, you can log in and cancel the cancellation.
- After the cooling-off period ends, the account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- After cancellation:
- Your public profile, artworks, collections, etc., will be deleted or anonymized
- Your social relationships (followers/following) will be dissolved
- Your virtual assets such as level, experience points, titles, etc., will be cleared and cannot be recovered
III. Service Content
3.1 Core Services
This Application provides the following core services:
- Pixel Art Creation: Offers a pixel art drawing editor supporting multiple layers, animation frames, and various drawing tools
- Artwork Management: Supports saving, exporting (image/GIF), publishing, editing, and deleting artworks
- Community Interaction: Supports artwork publishing, browsing, liking, favoriting, and following
- Collection Function: Supports creating and managing artwork collections
- Topic Function: Supports creating and participating in topic events
- Color Groups/Palettes: Provides color combination and palette tools
- Personal Profile Page: Displays user information, artworks, collections, and social information
3.2 Auxiliary Services
- Image to Pixel Art: Converts reference images into pixel art style
- Bead Art Viewer: Converts pixel art into bead art reference images
- Image Export: Supports exporting in various formats and sizes
- Notification System: System notifications, interaction notifications
- Multilingual Support: Chinese, English
- Cross-Platform Support: iOS, Android, Web, Windows, macOS, Linux
3.3 Service Changes
We may add, modify, or discontinue some service functions based on business development needs. Major changes will be notified to you in advance.
IV. User Conduct Guidelines
4.1 Your Conduct Guidelines
When using this Application, you must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. You shall not use this Application to engage in the following activities:
- Acts that violate the Constitution or laws
- Acts that endanger national security, leak state secrets, subvert state power, or undermine national unity
- Acts that harm the legitimate rights and interests of the state, the collective, or others
- Disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, or terror-related content, or inciting criminal activities
- Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others
- Spreading false information or disrupting social order
- Spreading malicious programs such as viruses or trojans
- Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Other acts that violate laws, regulations, rules, or public morality
4.2 Artwork Publishing Guidelines
When publishing artworks, you must comply with the following rules:
- Originality Statement: If the artwork is original, you can mark it as original; non-original artworks must indicate the source or have obtained authorization
- Content Compliance: Artwork content must not contain illegal or non-compliant information
- Daily Limit: There is a daily limit on publishing artworks; the specific limit will be shown in the Application prompts
- Review Mechanism: Published artworks may be reviewed and will be publicly displayed only after approval
4.3 Personal Profile Modification Restrictions
To ensure account security and community order, the following personal profile modifications are subject to frequency restrictions:
- Nickname modification
- Avatar change
- Gender modification
- Background image change
The specific number of changes and period will be shown in the Application prompts.
V. Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Rights
- The intellectual property rights of pixel art artworks you create through this Application belong to you.
- You have the right to decide the visibility (public/private) of your artworks and whether to allow others to download them.
- You have the right to delete your published artworks at any time.
5.2 Our Rights
- The intellectual property rights of this Application software belong to us, including but not limited to: software code, interface design, icons, documentation, etc.
- The intellectual property rights of color data, font resources, material templates, and other content in this Application belong to the original creators or us.
5.3 Authorization License
- By publishing a public artwork, you authorize other users to browse, like, and favorite that artwork within this Application.
- If you allow your artwork to be downloaded, other users may download it for personal non-commercial use.
- We have the right to display your published public artworks within the Application (including scenarios such as recommendations and topics). When displayed, the author's information will be indicated.
5.4 Infringement Handling
- If you find content within this Application that infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us through the in-app feedback channel. We will handle it promptly after verification.
- If your published content is reported for infringement, we have the right to take measures such as removal or restricted display based on the review results.
VI. Virtual Assets and Membership
6.1 Virtual Assets
The following content in this Application constitutes virtual assets:
- Experience Points (EXP) and Levels: Obtained through using the Application and participating in activities
- Titles: Obtained through leveling up, achieving milestones, participating in activities, membership, etc.
- Title types include: Level titles, Achievement titles, Event titles, Membership titles
- Title rarities include: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary
- Some titles are time-limited and will automatically expire after the period ends
- VIP Membership: A membership status with specific benefits
6.2 Virtual Asset Rules
- Virtual assets are only valid within this Application and have no real-world monetary value
- Virtual assets cannot be transferred, gifted, traded, or exchanged for cash
- After account cancellation, all virtual assets will be cleared and cannot be recovered
- If an account is banned due to user violations, virtual assets may be reset to zero
VII. Disclaimer
7.1 Service Interruptions
We shall not be liable for compensation for service interruptions caused by the following circumstances:
- Service suspension due to system maintenance or upgrades
- Service interruption caused by force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, etc.)
- Service interruption caused by network failures, telecommunications line failures, etc.
- Service interruption caused by third-party service (e.g., Cloudflare) failures
7.2 User Content
- You assume full responsibility for the content you publish
- We do not perform substantive review of user-published content, but we have the right to take necessary measures in accordance with the law
- Disputes arising from user content shall be resolved by the relevant parties themselves
7.3 Data Security
- We have taken reasonable security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of information
- We shall not be liable for compensation for information leakage caused by force majeure or reasons not attributable to us
- You should back up important data yourself. Data loss due to failure to back up shall be borne by you
7.4 Third-Party Services
This Application may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under our control. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, etc., of such third-party websites or services.
VIII. Breach Handling
8.1 Violations
If you violate the terms of this agreement, we have the right to take one or more of the following measures:
- Warning notice
- Restrict the use of certain functions
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account ban
- Delete violating content
- Clear virtual assets
8.2 Account Ban
- Banned accounts will be unable to log in or use Application services
- Ban types include temporary suspension and permanent ban
- After the temporary suspension period expires, if the violation has been corrected, you may apply for unbanning
IX. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Agreement Validity
The validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
9.2 Dispute Handling
Any dispute arising from or related to this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent people's court in our locality.
9.3 Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected.
X. Other Terms
10.1 Notifications
We may send notifications to you through the following methods:
- In-app announcements
- In-app notification messages
- Your registered email address
10.2 Assignment of Agreement
Without our written consent, you may not assign the rights and obligations under this agreement to any third party.
10.3 Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10.4 Entire Agreement
This agreement (including the Privacy Policy and specific service terms/rules) constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of this Application, superseding any prior oral or written communications.
