Account Deletion
This page applies to Breeze Pixel Studio / 轻风像素画 (Google Play package name: com.windpix.app). To delete your Breeze Pixel Studio account, please submit an account deletion request in the app.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Open the Breeze Pixel Studio app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to the Me page, or open the side drawer.
- Tap your avatar to open the Edit Profile page.
- Tap the Delete Account button on that page to open the account deletion page.
- Review the account information and deletion consequences shown in the app.
- If your account does not have a bound email address, bind an email address first. Email is required for confirmation and account deletion notices.
- Submit the deletion request. Your account will enter a cooling-off period, your current session will be invalidated, and the account will not be available for normal sign-in during this period.
If you cannot sign in or cannot complete the request in the app, please contact us through the in-app feedback feature and provide information that can help us verify account ownership.
How to Cancel Deletion
After you submit a deletion request, the account enters a cooling-off period. The default cooling-off period is 7 days, and the actual period is shown in the app.
During the cooling-off period, you can cancel deletion by email verification:
- Select Cancel Deletion on the sign-in page or deletion notice page.
- Enter the email address bound to the account when the deletion request was submitted.
- Request and enter the email verification code.
- Submit the form. Your account will be restored immediately.
After the cooling-off period ends, deletion cannot be reversed, and related data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.
Data We Delete
After the cooling-off period ends and deletion is completed, we delete or anonymize data associated with the account, including:
- Account profile data: username, password hash, nickname, avatar, background image, gender, bio, email address, and other account or profile information.
- Creative and community content: artworks, collections, comments, uploaded files, inspiration posts, and other content linked to the account.
- Interaction data: likes, favorites, following and follower relationships, notifications, titles, level, experience points, and other account-linked data.
- Authentication data: active login tokens and server-side token records.
Once deletion is completed, the account and the data above cannot be restored.
Data We Retain and Retention Periods
Some data may not be deleted immediately where needed to comply with legal obligations, protect service security, prevent abuse, or preserve community context:
